As the sheathing continues on the roof, I’ve got a new project to work on – playing Juliet in For the Record: Baz Luhrmann – The Red Curtain Trilogy.

Here’s the show description:

Experience the soundtrack of a modern motion picture master. FOR THE RECORD: BAZ LUHRMANN celebrates the music from THE RED CURTAIN TRILOGY – Luhrmann’s homage to the major theatrical conventions of Dance, Poetry and Song – which includes STRICTLY BALLROOM, ROMEO + JULIET and MOULIN ROUGE.

Play list includes Lovefool, Kissing You, When Doves Cry, Love Is In The Air, Time After Time, Come What May, Your Song, Roxanne, Children Of The Revolution, Rhythm Of The Night and many more.

Immerse yourself in nightlife of substance. This 360-degree theatrical concert and dining experience is a one-of-a kind Hollywood night. World-class performances, inventive cuisine/cocktails and exceptional service combine to create a new generation supper club.

Starring a rotating cast from stage, record and screen: Tracie Thoms (Rent, Cold Case, Death Proof), Jenna Leigh Green (Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Wicked), Kate Reinders (Wicked, Gypsy), Arielle Jacobs (In The Heights), Ginifer King (Gypsy), Sarah Jayne Jensen (Gypsy), Jackie Tohn (American Idol), Brooke Tansley (Beauty And The Beast, Hairspray), Daryl Simira (Spamalot), Steve Mazurek, Derek Klena, Ben Goldberg, Jessica Keenan Wynn, Talia Thiesfield, Margaret Spirito, Tinuke Oyefule, Dionne Gipson, Jason Paige, John Charles Meyer, Michael Motroni.

Music Direction by Christopher Bratten (Piano), Jonny Morrow (Bass), Nick Perez (Guitar), Kiel Feher (drums).

Conceived and Directed by Chris Bratten and Shane Scheel.
