So you may remember that underneath the concrete yard we found a 2nd layer. No biggie, as concrete layer #2 was about 40 square feet of patio stones. Then the plot thickened. We found layers #3 and #4 of thick poured concrete. At the end of The Concrete Saga we were left with this:

A stem wall from a previous building and its patio. The aforementioned 3rd layer of concrete. I needed to bust that baby out.
Here’s what I found:

Count them – 3, 4, 5, 6 layers of concrete! We are rich with concrete.
I only busted down to the 5th. The rest will be reburied, as we can bury it deep enough that the rototiller won’t go bust on it.
You just can’t write this stuff.

That is scary!!! I’m afraid of what we would find if we dug down into our yard. Before our house was built a the neighbor owned our lot. And he filled it
with his construction vehicles, etc etc. For the little digging I have done I’ve decided those guys were always breaking glass here.
